We needed this sink for a remodel of our kitchen. The contractors called two weeks after the expected delivery date, they wanted to start the job. We contacted Home Depot and were told that the sink was lost in transit. I requested a tracking number and Home Depot said that the sink was placed on a truck without tracking information and that it should be received days after our second order.

At that time I was outside of my house talking to my neighbor and missed the call. Honestly I was not sure who called. This number is a non-return app number. Your a customer service base business and customers can't contact drivers. The delivery system is available in any single store of The Home Depot.
The holidays will be here soon, and I don't want them doing a complete kitchen remodel at that time. I am totally disquoted and disappointed with Home Depot. Between myself and my wife we called the number three times. We received three different responses on why our items were not delivered. The first rep made it my fault because I didn't answer the 1001 call.

Home Depot won’t tell me where the cabinets are or a tracking number or when I can more or less expect them. I have been calling 8 times and everyone has a different story to tell me. The installers are not going to wait around for me not knowing when these cabinets are coming in. They were to have been delivered May 23rd. We ordered all in stock cabinets. We did not receive the entire order on May 23rd.
